I am 5'8", 38DDD and wear a 14/16. I am bigger on top than bottom so I like to buy separates. On this particular top, the black and white is very bright and crisp. It is a flattering look that you could wear with a pair shorts or capri's or other pant as well as swim bottom. It is nicely scooped so there isn't a ton of cleavage, which I like. However, it is a bit big under the arms. The straps are adjustable, but only to a point, because it will pull under the arm it you hike the straps up too far. No underwire, so less lift, but more comfort! I like it. I probably will wear only on land, as if it gets wet, it may just slip off! Dry I believe it will be fine!I got lots of compliments on this swim top. I felt like it gave my ample chest solid support without ever flipping down or slipping in the water. It also offered good coverage of my tummy.OMG!!!!! I LOVE THIS SUIT TOP!!!!!! For a short, chubby girl...this top makes me feel amazing! I sized up one size and it is extremely comfortable (I probably would have been just fine with my normal size but I prefer my suit a bit more on the not as tight side.) It covers the chub at the crease of my armpit. It supports the breasts well with good coverage. It's draping effect definitely complements my fuller figure. The length is perfect to conceal my tummy pooch. Only thing that might deter some from purchasing is that the only supportive part of the top is in the breast area. It's sort of like a sports bra with drapes, so the bottom part can be lifted or fly up with wind (or come up when in water) to underneath your breasts which would expose your midsection. I don't see this as a problem for me personally but I will update if needed after I try it out at the waterpark this weekend!I am a 38DDD on top and wear a size 20 clothes. I ordered a 22 because of comments that said to order one size up. It was very, very, very too big for me around the rib cage and, therefore, provided no support for my breasts at all. Literally, none. I think if you are more of an apple shape (I'm more of a pear with big boobs) this might be super cute, but it was too big for me to even be able to say if it would be flattering or not. I think so? It does have a nice shape and has room around the hips if you want a bit longer coverage. I'm 5'10" and it came down onto my hips like in the photo. The "bra" is like a soft sleeping bra, not like a sports bra, so I can't imagine it would provide much support unless it was very tight.If you are heavy through your tummy and, maybe, have a smallish chest, this might be the perfect top for you. For me, though, it was a huge NO and it's going back tomorrow.This is my third purchase of a suit this type. I'm fat. My problem is a big belly. But I feel thinner in this ruffled suit. I absolutely love them. FIT WAS PERFECT.HOWEVER, I HAVE PURCHASED THIS BRAND FOR YEARS AND I COULD TELL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY THIS WAS NOT GENUINE.THE OUTER TAGS WERE CORRECT, PERFECT, EVEN THE TAGS INSIDE LOOK REAL. BUT UPON CLOSER INSPECTION, THINGS ARE OFF.THE STITCHING INSIDE IS SUBPAR, ESPECIALLY ON THE DETAILS SUCH AS WHERE THE STRAPS MEET THE SUIT. ALSO, THE MATERIAL ON THE STRAPS IS JUST FOLDED OVER , WITHOUT THE QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL STITCHING AND SEAMS. THE LINING IN THE CHEST AND UPPER BACK IS CHEAP, AND THE CUPS AND STITCHING AROUND THEM IS JUST NOT RIGHT.**I DO NOT SEW, NEVER HAVE, AND HAVE NO TRAINING IN THESE THINGS. It fits great! I was worried it may be small but its true to size ..I am short so the length is perfect for me, not skimpy at all.
